Offline Poker Events
Live, in-person Texas Hold'em nights at Lakeside Parlour — a Montréal dining and cocktail destination where poker happens after dark.
Request a SeatLakeside Parlour hosts regular Texas Hold'em nights at physical tables in our Montréal dining room. These are social, in-person events where guests gather for an evening of cards, cocktails, and conversation — no screens, no online play. Every hand is dealt by a live dealer, and every decision happens face to face around the table.
Each event has a defined format, buy-in, and starting stack, all managed in person by our team. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, our evenings are designed to be welcoming and sophisticated. You'll find clear structure, unhurried play, and a room full of people who appreciate the ritual of a well-run game.
All events are held in person at Lakeside Parlour, 1234 Rue Saint-Paul, Montréal. Buy-ins are paid at the venue on the night of the event.
Our signature Friday night game. A balanced structure with a 10,000 starting stack gives players room to settle into the evening without feeling rushed. The dining room remains open before the first deal, so arrive early for dinner and a cocktail.
A deeper structure for players who enjoy more room to manoeuvre. The 20,000 starting stack and Saturday start time make this a relaxed, social game that pairs naturally with an early dinner in the dining room.
A midweek game with a lighter buy-in and a welcoming pace. It's an excellent choice for newer players or anyone who wants a relaxed evening of cards without a late finish.
The late Saturday game captures the parlour's after-dark character. A 12,000 starting stack and a later start make this a natural choice after a full dinner service, with the room shifting gradually from dining to cards.
For night owls, our latest regular game. The 6,000 starting stack keeps the pace brisk while the late hour gives the room a quieter, more intimate feel. Cocktails remain available throughout the evening.
Our poker nights unfold in a dedicated parlour space with warm lighting, leather chairs, and the quiet clink of glasses. It's a place for focus and camaraderie, where the game is taken seriously but the atmosphere remains relaxed. The tables are set with care, the room is kept comfortable, and the pace allows for conversation as much as competition.
Before the cards are dealt, guests can enjoy our Québec-inspired dinner menu and signature cocktails. The transition from dining to poker is seamless, making for a complete evening out. You might begin with a slow dinner overlooking the water, then move to the parlour as the room dims and the first deck is opened.
